该模头的物料流道腔呈流线形，无死角。分布十分均匀，芯棒采用对称分流结构。
提高了物料流动的对称与均匀性。内表面镜面处理，经各段压放搓揉，彻底消除制品的
汇合线。
此结构可根据客户需要提供液位线
Single-layer
Material flow duct of this type of die is in streamline form
without dead corner. It distributes evenly. Mandrel of it adopts
structure of symmetry distributary, which helps to make materials
flow in a more symmetry and even way. Polished inside surface is
processed through pressing and rubbing in each sections to
eliminate thoroughly joint line on products.
Transparent line is offered for customers upon requirements
under this structure.

双层
该模头使用于双层（或双色）中空容器的坯料挤出，
两台挤出机可呈直线对挤，也可呈直角安装，外层厚薄
可调且包络均匀，使用本工艺可以降低原料成本。
此结构可根据客户需要提供液位线
Dual-layer
Die of this type applies in die material extrusion of
duallayer (or dual-color) hollow containers. Two extr-
usion machines can be installed in a straight line or in
rightangle form. Thickness of outside layer can be
adjusted and enveloping of it is even. This processing
serves to reduce material cost.
Transparent line is offered for customers upon
requirements under this structure.

tri-layer to six-layer
Development of multi-layer hollow container is an
inevitable trend to meet requirements of comprehensive
physica performance (such as temperature-proof, se-
aling and mechanical stress etc.). It can use recycled
material to reduce its cost. Giving an example for tri-layer:
Illustrated structure is subject to practical samples, while the performance under specific condition depends on customers’ requirements.

该模头为双瓶成型，结构简单、紧凑，采用对
称分配流入系统，机头流量均匀。
此模头可以根据客户要求设计为侧进料和中心
进料两种。

Twin-die
This type of die is produced through double-
bottle injection molding method. Wh simple and
tight structure, it adopts symmetry distributary inlet
system, and flow in the head is even.
This type of die can be designed by two kinds
such as feeding in the side ad feeding at the center.

该模头采用螺旋芯棒，模头设计中，其流道设有流动收敛区、熔料均匀，
型坯密实且壁厚均匀，无熔合线。
每只管坯长度可以单独调整，该模头可根据用户要求提供液位线。
Tri-die
This type of die adopts spiral core rod. Duct in heads is designed with flow
convergent section, which makes the materials even. In addition, parison is dense
and tight and its wall is even without dissolving line.
Each blank tube length can be separately adjusted. Furthermore, Transparents
line is offered for customers upon their requirements under this type of die. |

Four-die to Twelve-die
This type group adopts spiral mandrill. Duct in
heads is designed with flow convergent section,
which makes the materials even, molding die dense
and tight and mould wall even without dissolving line.
